| A second- and third year resident are assigned to the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology throughout the year. While on rotation, these residents are responsible for the clinic endocrinology service and also participate in the care of private patients. This includes outpatient evaluation of infertility and endocrine cases as well as surgical evaluation and treatment of infertility. Each case is reviewed in detail by one of the endocrine faculty. Much of the surgery performed by faculty for the evaluation and/or treatment of infertility is assisted by residents. In addition to lecturing at Grand Rounds throughout the year, the Division conducts a weekly didactic endocrine conference, patient conferences, case presentations and a journal club. |
